- The service you are asking about (for example heating, heat pump, boiler or plumbing) and details you give us about your property or issue

How we use it
- To contact you about your request by phone call, text message or email
- To book, carry out and follow up on service
- To ask for feedback or a review after a job is completed
- To keep records of our work and improve our service
Calls and texts. When you send us a request, you agree that DMS may call and text you about it, including calls made with an automated AI assistant on our behalf and automated text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or tell us on a call that you do not want to be contacted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer management, phone and text messaging, and website providers, and only so they can provide those services to us. Some of these providers may store information outside Canada (for example in the United States), where it may be subject to local laws.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it or make it anonymous.
